To comply with Health and Safety Regulations and to respect the relaxing environment we wish to provide, babies and children under the age of 10 are restricted in the beauty area of the salon. Thank you for your understanding.

 Appointments:               

All times given include preparation of room and client, treatment time and finishing time. We would request arrival 15 minutes prior to your first appointment for filling in relevant health questionnaires.

Regrettably late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

We ask that all mobile phones are turned off for the relaxation of all clientele.

We require credit/debit card details with appointments for packages or group bookings.

Cancellation:                    

Please give 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel an appointment or a cancellation fee may be charged if we cannot fill the time.

Courses of Treatments:

These are offered at a discount to be paid for in advance and completed within the recommended period. If you are unable to complete a course, it can be held over for 12 months.

Package discount is with all treatments completed the same day.
